It seemed hard to know what phrase to search on so I used tweetvolume and tried several. This is the result.
Uighurs obviously goes beyond the specific event. I decided on "supreme court uighurs." The first search did not happen until October 21, which was a day after the breaking news report from The Post. The first search found 157 messages going back to 9:00 a.m. October 20.
It may have been breaking news, but it did not get off the ground. The total number messages collected was163 -- that is only 6 messages after the first day.
The .txt file that can be read by Excel to acquire the data is: supreme court uighurs.txt
And much later the case is settled with the Uighers the losers.
